Can I order something that's not on the site, but really want?

Your Imagination Is Our Inspiration! We would love to make your ideas come to life. Contact us on WhatsApp, send us your ideas or images, and we will let you know if it is possible to produce the item. Also check out our main website to see what else we can do beyond the boundaries of this shop.

I have just placed my order. What now?

Thank you for placing your order with Delutch Designs! We will be contacting you shortly via email to confirm your order and design specifications. Please ensure that the email address you have provided is correct, alternatively we will message you via WhatsApp using the phone number provided.

There is no text box next to the product. Where do I insert my personalised text?

Due to the limitations of this website we are currently unable to allow for a text box for each product. Please make a note of the text you would like on your item as well as your choice of colours and branding options. Once you are done shopping, click “Checkout” and you will be able to review the items you have selected. In the “Special Instructions” box at the bottom of this page add all your specifications, for example:

Champagne flute: Mr & Mrs Smith 2023 on both glasses

Champagne bottle: Lucy James 2024 graduation, gold text

Wooden keyring: Tool - Saw design. Sports team - Barcelona

Initial keyring: V - Veronica

Arch keyring: White with pink text. Main: Love Lives Here. Attachments: Theodore and Eleanor

Coasters: Blue Bulls

Is there a way to see what my item will look like?

Once you have placed your order we will render mockups of your selected items. Please ensure that your contact details are correct as we will be contacting you regarding this. Pay special attention to the spelling and specifications in the mockups and determine if they are correct. We will be more than happy to make changes in relation to the design until you are satisfied. Once you confirm the design your item will be produced and no adjustments can be made thereafter.

Are you able to make corporate gifts?

Yes! But due to the quantity of the products as well as the use of company logos, it would be best to contact us directly for quotes and design options.
